Regulatory Approvals

Western Excelsior is dedicated to providing the users and suppliers of Excel products industry leading technical and logistical support. A database of product regulatory approvals has been developed and is available on this page. Selecting the state (DoT) or regulatory body of interest (ECTC / FHWA) will present a list of Excel products approved by the chosen jurisdiction. Approved categories and dates are also provided. This list is updated frequently, however, as many agencies may change policies without notice, final approvals are governed by the regulatory agencies.
